This striking hand-tailored ivory Merry Widow birdcage veil is created in a modern mask style which pins into position on each side of the head.
This hand-sewn mask veil is designed to be worn alone as a modern chic bridal accessory or you can add a headband or hair comb, clip or hair pin to suit your personal style.
I use milliners English Merry Widow veiling for this mask-style birdcage veil design which has a similar style to the fine French Netting I use for my birdcage veils but has a wider open weave that makes more of a statement than its more delicate counterpart.
Merry Widow veiling is a little stiffer than French Netting, giving the veil a more structured shape than my birdcage veiling mask veil adding a little more drama to this modern bride look.
The mask veil measures 9 inches from top to bottom and comes with kirby grips for you to pin the piece into place.
