Coronavirus - change to shipping and dispatch times

Due to the current Coronavirus restrictions we are limiting the number of post office runs we operate in order to protect the health and safety of our staff and reduce the load on the Royal Mail system.

To help manage our diary and limit post office visits effectively we are asking customers to let us know when their order is needed - we are then putting our customers into a queue system based on when the order was placed and when it is required. 

We believe this queue system is the best way to protect the health and safety of our staff and the wider population, along with ensuring every person who orders a Debbie Carlisle accessory gets their piece in time to wear it for their wedding or special occasion.

If you would like to place an order and join our 'queue' system we ask that you let us know your wedding or occasion date via the notes box that you'll find in the shopping cart area before you checkout. If you forget to do this you can always send us an email with your wedding date, along with your order number, and we can match you up on the system.

We will work at the greatest speed possible to get orders out quickly as we understand you may want to take your headpiece to a hair trial. 

Operating this queue system also means that I have been able to furlough my staff on full pay thanks to the Government backed scheme, protecting their income and ensuring Debbie Carlisle Ltd will still be here for them - and for you - as we wait for restrictions to ease, and long after.

To those that place an order I would like to say a huge thank you to you in advance. As a small independent business your order means the world at the best of times - and is even more appreciated during the worst of times!
