If you are not entirely satisfied with your accessory you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund minus the cost of postage. This does not apply to pierced earrings or to bespoke orders. Bespoke orders are bouquets, buttonholes or any standard designs where we change an element to make it personal to you, such as a different size or colour.
If you would like a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition, in their packaging with any labels still attached in order to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be given if the item is returned after 14 days.
When returning items please ensure you retain proof of postage and that you choose a postal method which offers compensation to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods that have not been correctly insured.

Please do not return items without first emailing to ensure you are eligible for a refund - and to ensure you complete the returns process correctly. This is especially important for overseas returns to ensure you are not charged an extra customs fee unnecessarily.
