We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note that if you are buying from outside the U.K. where we are based you may be asked by your customs service to pay a fee for VAT, duties and handling charges.
Debbie Carlisle bridal accessories are handcrafted with love and supreme attention to detail and are made to order within 3 weeks of purchase. We also offer rush orders for an additional fee which reduces the lead time to 1 week. For more urgent orders please get in touch or add a note in the shopping cart to let us know and we will always do our best to accommodate you. Acceptance of a bespoke commission will depend on Debbie’s diary and may have longer lead times of 4-8 weeks. All accessories are beautifully presented in branded Debbie Carlisle packaging and are packed lovingly to ensure they reach their destination in one piece.

UK
Free Shipping: Made to order within 3 weeks, shipping takes 1-2 days.
Rush Shipping (£20 fee): Made to order within 1 week, shipping takes 1-2 days.
- All orders are dispatched by tracked, signed-for and insured Royal Mail delivery which takes 1-2 working days. Someone must be in to receive your parcel so do bear that in mind when choosing a delivery address.
International
Standard Post (Free): Made to order within 3 weeks. Tracked and signed for postal shipping takes approximately 2-3 weeks including customs processing.
Rush Shipping (£20): made to order within 3 weeks. Courier shipping takes 2-5 business days.
Rush Order (£40): made to order within 1 week. Courier shipping takes 2-5 business days.

All free shipping orders are dispatched by tracked, signed-for and insured Royal Mail and will be delivered by your local post service. Express Shipping orders are dispatched by DHL Express using carbon neutral shipping.
