As a small independent brand, each Debbie Carlisle piece is carefully handmade to order in the UK. We kindly encourage customers to purchase thoughtfully and reach out if they would like help choosing the right accessory before ordering.
Bridal accessories are often one of the final details to complete your look, and we want you to feel completely confident in your choice. If you would like advice on styling, scale, or how a piece may work with your hairstyle or dress, you are very welcome to get in touch at hello@debbiecarlisle.com before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your Debbie Carlisle accessory. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email hello@debbiecarlisle.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return the item. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty. In this case original standard delivery charges will be refunded where applicable. However, express delivery upgrades or rush order fees are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
Accessories may be tried on briefly to check the style and fit, but should not be worn for extended periods of time before deciding whether to keep them.
Please ensure items are tried on with clean hair and without make-up, perfume, fake tan, or hair products, as these may mark delicate materials.
Items must be returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging and with all labels attached. All returns are inspected upon receipt. If an item shows signs of wear or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it (for example marks from make-up, perfume, hair products, or damage to delicate materials), we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value, or refuse the return if the item cannot be resold. Any signs of wear or make-up marks will mean we are unable to resell and thus the return would be refused.
Items must be carefully repackaged in their original box to prevent damage in transit. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may also be subject to a deduction/refusal of refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Bespoke designs (this is any item not available to simply click and buy on the website)

Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons
Returning Your Item
Please do not return items without contacting us first, so we can confirm the return and ensure the correct process is followed. This is particularly important for international returns to help avoid unnecessary customs charges.

When returning items please retain proof of postage and choose a tracked postal method which offers compensation to cover the value of the goods in case of loss or damage. For items worth more than £75, Royal Mail Special Delivery is recommended.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within a few working days of the return being received.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact hello@debbiecarlisle.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you.
