Made to order lead times:
Every accessory is made to order within 2-3 weeks in our Sheffield studio. You can upgrade to a rush order to reduce the lead time before dispatch to one week. For extremely urgent orders please contact us - we will always do our best to accommodate you. UK orders are dispatched by next day delivery. International orders can be upgraded to rush courier shipping at checkout.
Customers outside the UK:
Customers outside the UK (including in the European Union) may be asked to pay a fee to receive their parcel as determined by customs in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any taxes and duties due.
Safety Information
Keep away from children and pets. Keep packaging and fabric components away from naked flames. Handle with care, especially delicate chains and wire accessories, which can bend, break, or become sharp under pressure. Small parts may pose a choking hazard, and ribbons, garters, or necklaces could pose a strangulation risk.
Metal Allergies
- Earring posts/hooks are plated with gold, rose gold, silver or sterling silver, and some are fully silver, sterling silver or gold-filled. Hand-wired jewellery uses jeweller’s copper wire with similar plating. Crystal settings may also be rhodium-plated for durability. Only allowable trace elements of nickel that comply with EU regulations may be present.
- If you have metal allergies to any of the above elements contact us to discuss. We can usually offer alternative elements like solid gold earring posts or necklace chains on a bespoke basis.
Usage Guidelines
- Remove accessories before sleeping, bathing, or strenuous activities.
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, chemicals, lotions, and hair products. Apply sprays before wearing accessories.
- Accessories are for decorative use only and not designed to secure hairstyles, especially for thick hair.
- Earrings are designed only for pierced ears; not suitable for other areas of the body. Do not push butterfly backs too tightly, as they could embed in the earlobe.
Care Instructions
- Clean gently with a dry, soft cloth. Use the polishing cloth enclosed with jewellery only on metal parts.
- Store in the provided packaging in a dry, moisture-free environment.
- Take care with delicate fabrics to avoid snagging on metal elements like prong settings.
- Do not pull, tug or twist any elements of your accessory and handle delicate pieces with care.
