Made to Order, Crafted to Last
Creating eco-friendly wedding accessories starts with how I do things behind the scenes. Firstly I only make my designs when someone orders them. No excess stock, no waste. My latest earring collection is an eco-friendly approach to design - delicate botanical leafy earrings which I make from small off-cuts of silver and gold plated wire that would otherwise have ended up in the bin. I approached these designs with a 'materials-first' mindset, which meant I limited myself to thinking of a design technique I could use to make these little pieces into something beautiful to be treasured instead of sent to landfill. This led me to come up with the idea of shaping the wire into tiny leaves - and I love the results!
Every bridal accessory I make is intentionally created as a versatile, wearable, and enduring accessory, embodying the tenets of slow fashion. I make my pieces with high-quality materials and lasting techniques to ensure your accessory can be cherished and worn again and again, extending its beauty long after your wedding day.
Sustainable Style: Materials with a Purpose
I’m mindful of the impact of my materials. The crystals and pearls I use are predominantly sustainably produced or naturally sourced. Where I use satin ribbons in my designs they have the luxurious feel and quality you’d expect from satin, but with an eco-friendly twist – they're crafted from recycled bottles. For my bespoke jewellery bouquet designs, I take sustainability a step further by repurposing vintage jewellery, creating timeless heirlooms that echo with stories of the past and the promise of the future.
Eco-Friendly Luxury: From Box to Ribbon
My eco-friendly ethos extends to every detail, including packaging. My beautifully crafted luxurious branded gift boxes, tissue paper and postal and packing supplies are all recycled or recyclable - and usually both!
